About The Role
This Scrum Master will join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within Cyber Security. It is an agile delivery environment focusing onboarding applications onto our Ping application to enable the use of
SSO and MFA. The role holder will also be involved in the IAM Governance project commencing in 2022.

The individual will report into the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team leader and be part of a great community of in-house Scrum Masters but day to day you will work with team members in the IAM team.

We are looking for someone with a desire to help a team grow, transforming how they solve problems for our business stakeholders. If you have experience in the following areas, please get in touch:
  • Agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum; we believe no single framework "solves it" for us but all of them offer something useful
  • Using feedback and data to drive improvement and decision making
  • Shaping ways of working for a team in order to better deliver value to their customers
  • Navigating prioritisation, dependencies and blockers
  • Striving for continuous improvement
  • Coaching team members and stakeholders; primary focus is the team and making them great
While usually based in our London office, the team is fully remote for now (and is working well remotely), and while a portion of the role will be onsite again in the future we believe a flexible/remote working approach is best for our teams post COVID.
About You
We are very much looking for applicants who have an aptitude & passion for building great teams and products, a willingness to challenge themselves and their team and embrace new things and want to be a part of a supportive and empathetic environment.

Minimum Criteria
  • As a minimum for this role, you will need to have experience as an Scrum Master in teams, preferable in a range of delivery styles.
  • Certifications (CSM, PSM etc.) and practical skills in tooling are all helpful but not essential.
