About The Role

We are Motability Operations, the organisation which operates the Motability Car and the Powered Wheelchair and Scooter Schemes.

As a Team Coach, you are responsible for delivering exceptional levels of coaching and development to our front line advisors, ensuring that they continuously improve their skills and ultimately deliver outstanding customer service. Working alongside a team manager as part of our award winning ‘Trinity’ model, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the development of our team member by providing accurate and consistent quality monitoring, as well as innovative coaching sessions.
About You
In a nutshell, you will be passionate about helping people to achieve their full potential. You will get a kick out of seeing those great ‘a-ha’ moments with our team members as you support their development. You will be someone that has a high emotional intelligence as well as possessing exceptional communication skills.

Working as part of a team, you will be friendly and a natural rapport builder. Quality is important, so you will need a good attention to detail and take pride in your work. That attention to detail will help you in identifying trends and using your analytical skills to further improve our customer experience.
More than likely you’ll have significant experience working within a customer service function – either face to face or over the phone.
