About The Role
Part time, 9-12 months contract
 
Reporting into the HR Business Partner responsible for Talent, and working closely with the wider HR team and internal stakeholders the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a number of HR projects and initiatives.  

The primary initiative the role holder will be responsible for is managing our early careers programmes, including our Graduate Programme and Industrial placements.
 
The Human Resources division currently comprises 13 employees who are based across Bristol and London and will shortly be expanding to Edinburgh. The team is made up of a HR Service Centre, three permanent HR Business Partners and a number of HR Specialists. 

The HR Projects Specialist will work on projects across the wider HR remit, and will be required to travel occasionally to the alternative offices for team meetings and ad hoc requirements.
We are open to accommodate a flexible working pattern within this role, which could be 4 or 5 shorter days or a minimum of 3 full days per week.
About You
This role is perfect for someone with experience in managing early career /graduate programmes, in respect of recruitment and on-boarding, and the pastoral care of the employees on the various programmes. 

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and looking to drive continuous improvement by sharing their knowledge, passion and experience for early talent initiatives. Working to deadlines and excellent stakeholder management are vital attributes.
 
Please note, the minimum requirements of this role are:
  • Experience of managing graduate recruitment programmes, placement/work experience programmes and/or apprenticeships
  • Experience of delivering HR/People related projects and initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and experience of liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of project management
