You must be flexible to work a varied 38 hour a week shift pattern between 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and 1 in 4 Saturday 9am – 5pm plus 3 Bank holidays 9am - 1pm 

About You
What we’re looking for: 
You’ll need to be a natura
l listener and communicator, the kind of person who can empathise with a customer, understand what they want and work out what to do next. You are likely to have previous experience within a customer service environment and you must love what you do. We need our Customer Service Advisors to ‘own’ the calls through to resolution, so whilst being commercially aware. You will also enjoy working in a principle lead rather that process based culture. You will need to be able to show resilience to the challenges you are faced with in what is not a normal Contact Centre Role.  What’s most important is that you bring energy and enjoyment into work with you every day and are passionate about what you do.
